The facilities are carefully appointed and our guests will enjoy soothing background music or the television playing to make them feel as much at home as possible. The building is well-lit and has plenty of windows, and is equipped with central heat and air conditioning throughout. Safety features include video surveillance in common areas, and proper staff to guest ratio. If you presently think all pet accomodations are the same, we guarantee you will change your mind right away after visiting our place.

“Top Dog” Penthouse Suites

• Large suites with plenty of sunlight and each suite equipped separately with a TV and DVD player. Unparalleled luxury for our top dogs right here in Toledo!

Aristo-Cat Suites

In this part of the town, our feline guests reign supreme! We ensure the best care to our “aristo-cats” and their natural fur coats (we will not be responsible for loss of any artificial fur coats they may be wearing).

• Each of our suites accommodate up to three guests, and come with comfortable bedding for each guest
• Every suite comes with a “gym” for those guests who prefer to exercise right in the comfort of their own suite whether they are having a vacation all by themselves, or are here with their family- after all, a family that “plays” together, stays together!
• And, every guest will also have playtimes out of their suites. They can choose how they wish to spend their play time by just climbing, scratching, sniffing, cuddling on the monster cat-tree, or just watch or chase after fishes in the electronic aquarium. And yes, they will have their favorite fish in there- of course, catfish!

 

 

 Requirements for

Daycare and Lodging

 

Vaccination/ Health/ Medication

For all canine guests:

• Proof of current DHLPP (yearly), Rabies, and Bordetella (yearly).
• All vaccinations must be current before lodging/ daycare.

For all feline guests:

• Proof of current Rabies, and FVRCP Vaccinations.
• All vaccinations must be current before lodging.

Our staff will conduct a flea inspection upon arrival. Mandatory Capstar pill will be given if fleas are present.  Also, if your pet is on medications, please call us prior to boarding/ day care. Please bring medications with you to give to your pets with proper dosage/ frequency.

 Dietary Needs

We serve Iams ® or Bil Jac ® to our guests. Please bring in your food if your pet is on a different diet or you prefer that they get the food that they are used to; this will help prevent stomach upsets.

 Other Requirements

You may optionally bring in your pet’s favorite toys (limit to 2) and bedding. Please note we do offer bedding.

 

Other Services

For your convenience we also offer the following optional services:

• U- Wash: You can use our self-help wash stations to bathe your pet (shampoo, dryer and towels provided)
• V-Wash: A pet care assistant bathes the pet
• PetManicure: Dog nails trimmed by a pet care assistant
• Bone-a-petite (snack): For those that like snacking besides dinner, we have a special evening snack given around 06:00 pm
• Brush & Fuss: We catered to our pampered guests with a quick brush all over, a belly rub and snack
